Before you start:

• The extension only works in the browser version of Asana, Trello, and Jira

• It does not work in desktop apps or mobile apps

• You must be logged into the relevant platform in your browser

1. Use the latest Version of zistemo browser extension

Make sure you’re using the latest Version. Usually, when starting your browser the extension us automatically updated.

2. Check for conflicts with other browser extensions

If you’re using other extensions on your browser they might block/hinder zistemo’s browser extension. Deactivate them and check if you see your controls.
