Use this report to get a clear view of the following:

  • the revenue generated by each client;
  • where your business comes from;
  • which clients bring more money;
  • your most valuable collaborators.

Data is grouped per clients and per months. Just go to Reporting  -> Client Reports -> Revenue by Client to get your own customized reports.

Here you can easily get more specific insights and filter data by:

  • total billed amounts per client
  • years
  • clients
  • collected amounts
  • outstanding amounts.

The net revenue amount show not only the net value of the invoices (without tax) but also it does not show expenses (but the fee). So, net revenue = profit – expenses +fee.

Mileage Reports https://zistemo.com/knowledge-base/content/mileage-reports/ Wed, 14 Dec 2016 15:47:52 +0000 https://moneypenny.me/knowledge-base/?post_type=ht_kb&p=1641 There are two mileage reports you can have by using zistemo:

– The Mileage Report 1 (go to: Reporting -> Accounting Reports -> Mileage Report)
– The Mileage Report 2 (path: Reporting -> Client Reports -> Mileage Report)

The Mileage Report 1 (Accounting Reports -> Mileage Report) only shows information about private mileages. By the way, your mileage is Private if you choose this option on the “Mileage” page, as shown below:

The Mileage Report 2 (Client Reports -> Mileage Report) shows information about all mileages. Here you can group info by Member (who created the mileages), Client or Project (to which the mileage is assigned).

Also, you can filter information by date range, clients, projects, mileage status, team members or the compensation – so the report will only feature data related to these parameters.

Next, you can print this report or export as Excel, CSV or PDF files.
