Attendance Details Report

Breaks added from automatic meal break rules are added to the first time record of the day. Before, it was just shown in the summary. Also, working time is now attendance time minus break, reflecting the real work time.

Scheduled hours to the current week

If you track time on scheduled hours for the current week all hours track at the current week are connected to the time ticket. Works for weekly planing only.

Main Dashboard for Staff Members

The new dashboard for staff members and data captures shows important information more user friendly. A more reduced view shows made requests (e.g. vacation), flex-time balance, remaining vacation days, and this weeks working time for user’s attendance time. For users’s projects it shows user‘s tasks, new messages, logged vs. planned hours and tasks due soon.

Supporting now different units when creating electronic invoices. Mapping of units is automatically, before all units where Hour (“HUR”).

Client filter on Project Revenue Report

You can now can filter for clients on the project revenue report. That allows, to see i.e. revenue for all active project of a client.

Project View

Updated project view for project managers. If team member is project manager, they can see now hourly charts on the project and all project members timesheets on timesheet details report.

Preview XML invoice

When creating an e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) you can now preview the XML date in a detailed breakdown on the invoice preview. More here →

Electronic invoice update

If client (primary) contact is a department contact, according fields are now populated.
German only field “Leitweg-ID”  is 999 as default value (according to documentation)+
If client is a organization and company tax-id is missing you‘ll get a warning.
E-invoice (EN 16931:2017) are now available for all countries.

Estimate and flat amount project

When converting an estimate to a project using flat project amount it now uses the net amount (subtotal without taxes) as flat project amount.

Swiss QR-invoice

If invoice amount due is 0 it does not show the QR code. Especially useful, for invoice was balanced with a retainer. More here →

Mark task as completed

Tasks can now be marked as completed by using the check icon on the board view right on the card.

Approve Vacation

If user role is administrator but is not set as person who approves vacation hint is shown on staff vacation.

Working time on sick leave days

If no time was tracked on a day with sick leave the flex time balance does not change. When tracking attendance tome on a day with sick leave that working time is not counted as overtime. Overtime is calculated as for regular working days. If you track more time than your regular working plan you get overtime. But if you you tracked less than the regular working plan you won’t get a negativ flex time balance. More here

Previously, hours were marked as billed if they were billed in invoices only. Now it’s also possible to manually add timesheets to an invoice so they’ll appear as billed in zistemo.

Bottom-up Employee Scheduling

Top-down planning is ideal for quick planning because no coordination of your team is needed. But often progressive buttom-up planning is more realistic, as the planning comes directly from the team. When there’re allocated hours on the scheduler for a staff, you can’t unassign this person from that task in the project.

Service Date on Recurring Invoices

When you create a recurring invoice from a manual invoice it clears the ::service date:: placeholder. Also, it gives you the right invoice intro right ahead.

You’ll see staff cost, cost (expenses, items and mileages), total cost, budget, remaining budget, revenue, profit as well as unbilled and non-billable hours. All monetary values are shown in you account’s base currency ➜

The budget is shown as set up on the project. So, if you set up the budget in hours it’s shown in hours and if you set up as cost you’ll see it as monetary value on this report.

 

The report can be exported as PDF, CSV and Excel file.
